thank you for your interest in supporting me! i’m super excited to work with you and bring your vision to life with my art. to ensure that our collaboration is smooth, i have outlined the following terms of service. if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out, i’m happy to help you!By commissioning me, you must confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms of service.GENERAL GUIDELINES• Commissions are for personal use only. Use for commercial purposes will incur an additional fee.
• You may: Claim rights to a character (but not the artwork), Reupload/share to social media with credit, Use in social media or personal profile displays (profile picture, banner, phone wallpaper, etc.), print the artwork for personal use
• Under no circumstances may my artwork be used to train or test any form of artificial intelligence, or used in any form of blockchain technology, including NFTs or cryptocurrency.
• I retain the rights to my artwork, which may include using the image in my portfolio and as a means of self-promotion
• Prices listed are the base price. Depending on the complexity of the commission request, the price may increase.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.PAYMENT• Payment is only accepted through Paypal in USD. To avoid accidental transactions, do not send any payment until I have confirmed your request and sent you an invoice.
• A deposit of 50% is required before I begin working. Once the artwork is complete, the remaining 50% must be paid.
• If you must cancel the commission after the initial deposit but before accepting the initial sketch/linework, I will issue a 50% refund of your deposit. If you cancel the commission at any point after the approval of the initial sketch/linework, I will not be able to issue a refund.
• If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.DELIVERY/SCHEDULE• Commissions may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. This depends on the type of commission requested, my commission queue, and my personal life.
• Delivery time is based on client communication: if I do not receive responses to inquiries about the commission, there may be delays.
• Potential delays may be due to the following: complexity of commission, health, family issues, or personal schedule conflict (I am currently a student, so please keep this in mind)
You will be notified of any delays.PROCESS• I will first send an initial sketch of the artwork. Revisions/adjustments must be made during this time before I proceed with the process. Additionally, after the sketch is approved, I will not issue any refunds.
• Further progress images will be sent throughout the lineart, coloring, and rendering processes. At any of these stages, only minor adjustments may be requested.
• When the final artwork and payment are accepted, I will send the artwork via email or WeTransfer.
